This team is responsible for leading recruiting efforts, onboarding processes and people development activities, as well as invoicing clients, keeping track of performance dashboards, and supporting budget control. Second, she/he will lead BC Latam's People Management & Operations team. First, she/he is supposed to work closely with the VP BC Latam, supporting him by personally managing key initiatives on his behalf, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and ultimately acting as his management counsel.
